Congratulations to Lundgaard Laboratory Postdoctoral Fellow and primary applicant Dr. Kelley M. Swanberg with Postdoctoral Fellow and project member Dr. Jari Jukkola for their recent grant of 150 000 SEK by Tore Nilsons Stiftelse för Medicinsk Forskning for expanding on original research entitled “Ett icke-invasivt mätbart metaboliskt tecken på glymfatisk aktivitet i hjärnan.” This project aims to continue development of a new method that exploits the potential of vivo proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy (1H MRS) to observe solute clearance by the glymphatic system in both preclinical animal models and human participants!
